OUR PROJECT TEAM CONSISTS OF
5 PARTIES WHEN THERE IS IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROJECT:

  1. 1) Project Committee = Authorized Person / Decision maker from the company
  2. 2) Project Director = Dominated from the company or outside, to lead the project
  3. 3) Technical Team = Supervise and in charge of technical parts
  4. 4) Supply Team = In charge of supply both labors and materials for the entire project
  5. 5) Operation Team = Responsible for all operations during the projects whether production or development according to the nature of the project
